This certifies that the artwork purchased is an original, one-of-a-kind design created by digital artist Peter Brown. As the purchaser, you will become the exclusive owner of this artwork in its entirety, including sole copyright ownership, whether in digital form and/or as a physical print. You are also fully authorised to register the work as an NFT as the sole owner, and/or, you can have the art printed and/or framed. As the new and exclusive owner of the artwork, you may reproduce and sell it as many times as you like, without any commison or royalties paid to Art Gas.
Along with your purchase, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate will incude your name, your print’s exclusive code and is a tangible assurance of the originality and exclusivity of your artwork. It serves as a guarantee that no other copies of the artwork exist beyond what is provided to you.
Upon purchase we will delete from our computers the original artwork. We guarantee that we have not provided or sold any other copies of the original artwork, If we have been found to do so, we offer a full refund of the amount paid to the artist, Peter Brown, or through the website Art Gas.
Please note: The only version of the artwork that may still exist would be the Sold thumbnail on our website or social meida pages or a low res version that was used in marketing.
We also guarantee that if we organise the printing for you, we will have our printer destroy any copy of your artwork we provide them.
We suggest that if you are organising you own printer, you esure they destroy any version of the artwork that you supply to them.
As the sole owner, we provide you with complete control over the artwork’s usage and distribution.
