Returns Policy for Art Gas

Thank you for shopping at Art Gas, we provide high-quality prints of original digital artworks by talented emerging digital artists.

Digital Prints

At Art Gas, we take pride in providing high-quality digital prints. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, if you encounter any issues or believe that the files you received are faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for a new replacement file/files.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist you in resolving any technical or quality-related concerns. If the files you received are indeed found to be faulty, we will work diligently to provide you with the replacment files as soon as possible.

Somtimes files can be corrupted in the download process so please try the link again.

For Printed and Framed goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your print for the same item, send us an email to orders@artgas.au

Please choose your Product Carefully 

We are unable to offer refunds for Printed and Framed items that do not suit your taste or preference. Our prints are produced and shipped by a third-party service provider, and we would incur a significant loss if we refunded items. However, we will gladly replace your item with the same product, if it arrives damaged.

Check Goods after Delivery

You have a 24 hour window after delivery to notify us that the print arrived damaged and 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will however pay for the new shipping of the replacement item back to you.
